You need a website!

We’re always amazed at the number of retailers who still have either no website or a really bad one.  You are leaving money on the table if you do business in the 21st century without a website.  This is particularly true with the explosion of mobile devices in use today.  Nearly everyone has mobile technology and they search online for the businesses where they spend their money.

Beyond a website, a retailer should also have a blog/newsletter, a listing and building community on Facebook, and possibly use Twitter.
